Bahrain Media City (BMC) is set to launch a novel philanthropic initiative titled “Protect a Family.” The official launch ceremony will take place on July 4 at 7:30 PM at the Marmaris Hall in Tubli. Alongside the launch, the “BMC Friendship Banquet” will also be hosted, announced Mr. Francis Kaitharath, Chairman and Managing Director of BMC.
Attendees at the BMC Friendship Banquet, who will be participating via special invitation, will each be presented with a “BMC Protect a Family Gift Voucher.” This gift voucher can be gifted to friends, family members, association colleagues, company employees, or lower-income individuals in the community.
By utilizing this gift voucher to enroll as a member at the BMC Fitness Lounge, recipients will gain access to BMC’s social welfare and security scheme. The benefits include a one-year digital discount card, a one-year life cover protection plan worth 10,000 Bahraini Dinars (BHD), and one month of fitness classes. Through this program, BMC’s new philanthropic mission aims to provide vital financial, mental, and physical support to its members.
A 51-member organizing committee, chaired by well-known social worker Ms. Kathu Sachin Dev, has been formed to ensure the successful execution of the inaugural event. Mr. Manoj Vadakara will serve as Vice Chairman, Mr. Sunil Babu as General Convenor, and Mr. Biju Kooroppada as Event Coordinator. The official poster for the initiative was released during an organizing committee meeting held recently at the BMC Hall.
